LATERALLY LOADED PILES: PROGRAM DOCUMENTATION
The documentation is presented for the computer program COM622, which solves for the deflection and bending moment of a pile under lateral loading as a function of depth. The colculations are performed on a finite difference model of the pile, and the soil is represented by a series of nonlenear curves of force per unit length vesus deflection. This is the first program documented and distribution under the standards developed for the Geotechnical Engineering Division. /ASCE/
