SYSTEMS ANALYSIS IN AIRPORT MASTER PLANNING
Particular attention is given to changes in the airport master planning process. For the most part there changes are related to the new national mood of environmental concern. In connection with two recent legislative acts, airport planners are beginning to rely more on systems analysis techniques. Questions regarding a balanced planning solution are discussed along with the availability of new analytical tools. An aircraft air pollution evaluation model is also presented.
