PROCEEDINGS OF INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRIC VEHICLES, 1976

This publication contains 14 complete papers (one of these is in a Proceedings Addendum), 10 abstracts of papers, and one paper which consists only of tabulations of data on existing electric vehicles. Session I, Automotive Electronics Tutorial, includes papers on microprocessors and electronic automotive control, electromagnetic interference in automobiles, sensors for new automotive systems, microwave solid-state devices for self-mixing doppler radars, and controls for electric vehicles. Session IV, Automotive Electronics, inludes papers on electronic engine control by on-board computer, integrated automotive electronic systems, digital engine management, and the electron lean-burn system. Session VI, Emerging Technology, includes papers on recent advances in semiconductor logic and memory, in battery development, in electronic control for electric vehicles, in electric motors, and in alternate propulsion systems (gas turbine (Brayton) and Stirling cycle); it is this last paper which is in the Addendum.
