APPLICATION OF GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS) TO TRAVEL TIME AND DELAY MEASUREMENTS, 1998 PHASE
For the 1998 Phase of the project "Application of Global Positioning System (GPS) to Travel Time and Delay Measurements," analysis is separated into three parts. Report #1 is "Analysis of 1998 Data Collection," and deals with the interpretation of the data included at the end of the report. Report #2, "Step by Step Procedure for Collecting 1999 Travel Time and Delay Data for Delaware," describes the specific method for collecting data in the future, specifically next year, 1999. The final part of the report is the summary of results for "1998 Travel Time and Delay Data" for roadways in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties in Delaware.
