PLASTIC DECK SPANS 420 FT ACROSS KENTUCKY GORGE

A 420-ft (128-m) long footbridge being built over the Levisa Fork in Johnson County, Kentucky, will have a deck of plastic component materials, making it one of the longest plastic bridge decks in the world. The $527,560 maintenance-free bridge has galvanized metal towers and supporting cable.
