CONSTRUCTING ROADS OVER SOFT SOILS - TUNGKU LINK ROAD, BRUNEI
This paper examines major highway construction over an area of highly compressible soils in Brunei. Two areas are addressed within the paper, these being the provision of transition structures at culvert approaches, and the construction of high embankments in a limited construction period.
