NEW AND RECYCLED EMULSION TREATED MIXES: RINGROAD BOULEVARD IN MEXICO CITY
The energetical and ecological interest in jobs of either new and recycled cold dense mixes justify the increasing number of research studies and the intent of recycling these kinds of mixes. In Spain, gravel-emulsion and dense cold mix specifications have been successfully employed and made extensive to recycled mixes. These specifications are dated 1975 and have recently been revised in detail with more requirements. Some interesting data from this specification are shown in this work as novelty. This work summarizes also all the accumulated experience with the old specification (PG-3-75).
