RESEARCH ON GROUTING MATERIAL FOR CRACKS IN CONCRETE PAVEMENT
Polyurethane is selected as grouting material for crack filling of concrete pavement on the basis of analysing the research achievements of grouting materials at home and abroad. Influence of diluent, filling element and solidification state on binding strength is tested and analyzed. The experiment results show that polyurethane as grouting material has powerful binding strength, good stability and short solidification time. The crack repairing process is simplified and the cost is reduced by using grouting material to repair cracks in concrete pavement. The grouting material used here can be especially used on moist surfaces.
