BUILDING SUCCESSFUL ALLIANCES: ARE SHIPPERS DOING THEIR PART?
Are shippers adopting appropriate purchasing methods as they establish strategic alliances? Or, is it business as usual behind a facade of strategic alliance rhetoric? The objective of this analysis is to determine if (and how) organizations among the 382 respondents are taking positive steps toward the development of effective strategic alliances.
