SUPERPAVE PERFORMANCE PREDICTION - A FIRST LOOK AT UTILITY, SENSITIVITY, AND REPEATABILITY (WITH DISCUSSION)
The final product that was developed in the asphalt research portion of the Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP) was the Superpave (TM) (Superior Performing Asphalt Pavement) Mix Design System. This paper was written to document the data requirements for Superpave Levels 2 and 3 Mix Design and Analysis and explore the sensitivity of the performance predictions to some of the input parameters.
