CONSTRUCTION OF COACHES AND WAGONS WITH A VIEW TO MINIMUM MAINTENANCE COSTS
INSTANDHALTUNGSGERECHTE KONSTRUKTION VON REISEZUG UND GUTERWAGEN
The author observes that routine and unscheduled maintenance costs for the whole service lifetime of coaches and wagons amount to 200% of the purchase price. He examines the relationship between the construction of these vehicles and their maintenance costs.
