INTERACTION OF NATIONAL MANAGEMENT ROAD SAFETY SYSTEMS ON THE REGIONAL LEVEL (BARENTS REGION)
European regionalization has reached the Euro Arctic. As part of the process of interaction in various fields of human activity, this will be provided in the border region between Russia, Finland, Norway and Sweden, the "Barents" region. Combining different parts of the region by suitable transport links could be a sort of "engine" for future development. This paper seeks to analyze how different management road safety systems interact within the international region of Barents. The objective is to investigate the fulfillment of road safety in the common sphere of activity of national transport systems.
