THEN MINUS 1: THE FUTURE GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS

Development of an international transportation system can be proposed on the basis of ethics and security. It is also the direction in which the community of nations is moving. The choice is not one of integration or non-integration of national transportation systems. The choice is between helping craft a more or less integrated international transportation system. The purpose of this paper is to propose the basis for intentional action by and among the nations.
