NET GAIN FOR AIRPORTS ON THE WEB

The author examines the relationship between airports and the Internet and finds this new information network brings benefits and problems. There are two main ways that airports can tap into this every growing network: marketing airport services to potential passengers and using the Internet's flexible text/graphics communication system to improve current information networks.
