MULTI-STATE APPLICATIONS OF INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLE OPERATION
This paper summarizes some of the results of a research project which is identifying institutional issues related to multi-state applications of Intelligent Transportation Systems for Commercial Vehicle Operations. The analysis is conducted through the use of a case study of issues involving the state of Iowa and the six states adjacent to Iowa. Unfortunately, these multi-state institutional issues appear highly problematic.
