ALTERNATIVES TO SPRAWL

This report is one in a series of policy focus reports to address timely land-related questions of concern to policymakers. This report is based on a day-long conference entitled "Alternatives to Sprawl". The speakers represented a wide range of expertise, affiliation and opinion.
