A GUIDE TO SENTENCING DUI OFFENDERS

This sentencing guide is designed to assist judges and prosecutors in reducing recidivism among people convicted of drinking and driving offenses. Today's driving under the influence (DUI) arrestee is often a repeat offender and resistant to deterrence.
