THE OECD DIVINE PROJECT: STRUCTURE AND MANAGEMENT
The OECD DIVINE Project, launched approximately two years ago, involves the research efforts of almost 200 experts in many of the 18 countries presently participating, working on different aspects of a complex field. This paper describes the structure of the experiment, by drawing attention to the technical links between the different research elements, and notes the management structure used to ensure good communication between researchers themselves, and between researchers and the OECD Road Transport Research Programme, on which a successful outcome to the project is based.
