BASIC RESEARCH ON STRUCTURE OF MARINE ACCIDENTS OF FISHERY BOATS

In this paper mathematical models are used to estimate fishing vessel accidents. The following results were obtained: 1) in researching small and middle scale accidents, the real state of maritime accidents can be understood; 2) 68% of the accidents occur during fishing operations the main causes being engine trouble or human error, or on the way back to harbour, the main causes being collision with floating materials and human error in ship handling; 3) Hierarchy neural network is an effective method of finding the cause and effect of the accidents and the types of accidens.
