THE PROBLEM OF PROBABILITY ANALYSIS OF THE VESSEL'S STABILITY ON A SEAWAY

The characteristics of an approach connected with the analysis of a nonlinear stochastic model describes a dynamic interaction of a vessel with the external environment (wind and waves) in storm conditions. Consideration is given to the practicality of the analysis of the vessel's stability based on the method's of statistics tests (Monte-Carlo), the equations of Fokker-Plant-Colmogrov, the method of moments and the method of functional action.
