CRUISE SHIP IS LATEST EXAMPLE OF LOW-NOISE PROPULSION SYSTEM

One of the latest examples of a low-noise flexible propulsion system is onboard the cruise ship ORIANA. The vessel is equipped with two MAN B&W 9 L 58/64 engines, two MAN B&W 6 L 56/64, and two Renk Tacke type NDSQL 4100 marine gear units in a father-and-son configuration.
