ENHANCEMENTS: GETTING UP TO SPEED

Section 1007 of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act (ISTEA) provides funding for projects that enhance or improve the transportation system via landscaping and scenic protection, historic preservation and archaeological projects, and bicycling and pedestrian facilities.
