RELIABILITY DESIGN OF GYROCOMPASSES CONTROLLED BY A SINGLE-CHIP- MICROCOMPUTER

The application of a reliability design technique on hardware and software of a single-chip microcomputer for gyrocompass control is discussed. Detailed process and flow charts are presented. It has been proved through tests that this approach is reliable to ensure the gyrocompass system operating successfully under various sources of disturbances.
