EVALUATION FACTORS FOR PERFORMANCE OF POLICE TRAFFIC SERVICES

The objective of this study was to identify and define police traffic services tasks (or subtasks) performed by patrolmen, which could be used as factors in a personnel evaluation system. This document consists of the approach, literature review, data collection, job description, validity of results, feasibility of developing an evaluation system, utility of performance evaluation and recommendations.
