HULSTRX: A U.S. NAVY STRUCTURAL DESIGN MODEL

HULSTRX provides for definition of ship structure at preliminary and contract design levels in terms of absolute geometric data and relational component data. Relational structural component definitions allow for quick design changes, and absolute geometric description of the hull surface can be independently defined. Application routines enable designers to efficiently produce design drawings, various structural and geometric analyses, and interface with design or product models of other systems.
