BEHAVIOR OF CHEMICALLY BONDED ANCHORS. DISCUSSION AND CLOSURE

A discussion of a paper with the aforementioned title by Ronald A. Cook, published in this journal (Volume 119, Number 9, September 1993), is presented. Doyle states that the theoretical analysis and experimental results that are presented for the behavior of chemically bonded anchors provide an excellent foundation for a basic understanding of the way this type of structural element behaves under a tensile load. Doyle adds that several items in the paper need minor clarification to be improved. Discussion is followed by closure from the author.
