RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MAGLEV GUIDEWAY IRREGULARITY AND RIDING QUALITY

To keep good riding quality, it is necessary to construct Maglev guideway to a high level of accuracy. In this paper, we formulate the relation among construction accuracy, power spectral density of guideway irregularity and riding quality based on the Riding Quality Influence Coefficient which is decided by construction interval, velocity of vehicle, and vehicle vibration peculiarity. The paper proposes a method to decide construction accuracy by taking the riding quality into consideration.
