RESTAURANT TRAFFIC GENERATION
This report describes a study of restaurant traffic generation based upon a survey of twelve restaurants in central London. After a brief description of the survey, the results are presented; these include traffic volumes and traffic patterns generated by the restaurants, together with the travel characteristics of a sample of staff and patrons. Key traffic generation data are presented in summary form at the beginning of the report. /TRRL/
