OVERCOMING UNBALANCED FLOW PROBLEMS AT A ROUNDABOUT BY USE OF PART- TIME METERING SIGNALS

This report establishes a methodology for the use of part-time metering signals at roundabouts. Such signals can overcome the operational problems associated with unbalanced flows entering a roundabout.
