THE ROLE OF EIGENSOLUTIONS IN NONLINEAR INVERSE CAVITY-FLOW THEORY

The author carried out a theoretical investigation on the application of eigensolutions in nonlinear inverse cavity flow theory. On the basis of his work, he concludes that an eigensolution exists for the nonlinear theory of cavity flow at zero cavitation number, and that a similar eigensolution can be found for such fully cavitating flows at cavitation numbers greater than zero.
