MEASUREMENT OF LUMINANCE DISTRIBUTION ON THE SEA SURFACE FOR COMFORTABLE LIVING SPACE

The authors describe an experiment involving the measurement of the horizontal and vertical distribution of reflected light from sea surfaces under various oceanographic and meteorological conditions. It is suggested that the data obtained can be useful in designing a comfortable indoor lighting environment in coastal and offshore structures.
