VESSEL VITAL SIGNS MONITORING PROGRAM, VOLUME 3: SOFTWARE SPECIFICATIONS AND SYSTEM DESIGN
This document deals with the development of the Vessel Vital Signs Monitoring System. The system provides management information for vessel preventive maintenance and operational cost reduction. The techniques used to derive empirical models encompassing some 25 critical engine monitoring points are summarized, and the development of the requisite software is described.
