DISSEMINATION OF ROAD TRAFFIC INFORMATION
LA DIVULGACION EN EL TRAFICO
The author discusses road user education and the basic principles on which it is based: cordial public relations, human relations in the sociological field, supply of detailed and continuously updated information, and use of adequate teaching methods. The education policy must be directed towards 5 groups: the pedestrian, the driver, the future driver, the child, the parents, teachers and instructors. The aim of such a policy is to fully familiarize the road user with traffic laws and make him respect them. /TRRL/
