Tables are presented which indicate hourly, daily and monthly variations in customer transactions for the Norwalk store. Peak hours of restaurant activity are indicated. The customer transaction data suggest a factor of about 1.8 times the average hour for the peak activity hour (noon to 1 p.m.). In some areas the restaurant, are open for breakfast, thus affecting not only the total hours of operation but also the traffic generation.
