PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE ARCTIC TROLL PROJECT

The project on board M.V. ARCTIC TROLL was set up in the summer of 1976 as a collaborative venture between Denholm Ship Management (DSM) and Sealife (SL). The broad aim of the project was for both parties to learn how a more effective utilization of human resources could be achieved through the development of on-board responsibility and control.
