Danish incinerator residue can be used as subbase. Tender specifications for Danish conditions are given in the report, comprising Standard Specifications and General Working Procedure. Also included are guidance on the technical contents of tender specifications and their uses in practice. Section 3 in the guidance states the environmental regulations which apply to the use of incinerator residue in road construction in Denmark.
