CONSTRUCTION COSTS AND OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS OF VINTAGE TROLLEYS
The purpose of this study was to research the institutional arrangements, service characteristics and costs associated with vintage trolley systems currently being operated in order to provide a base of information with which to make informed funding decisions for future projects. Comparable information was also obtained for several downtown bus circulator systems which might be an alternative to the implementation of vintage trolley services.
