A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF THE LIBRARY AND INFORMATION CENTRE ONTARIO MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION. FINAL REPORT

This review of the MTO Library was undertaken to (1) Evaluate the current performance of the MTO Library; (2) Assess current and future client needs; and (3) Identify strategic operational, organizational and technological options for library services. The MTO Library exists to serve the information needs of MTO staff across Ontario. It is part of the Customer Service Branch, which is also responsible for Central Registry, Access to Information coordination and the development of the MTO public enquiry centre.
