RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN LARGE SCALE ENTERPRISES
The development process and cooperation between research and development departments are discussed using the example of car production. Special attention is paid to overcoming efficiency problems by means of research and development management. The report examines whether research and development in a large-scale enterprise differs from research and development in a medium-sized and small businesses. The smaller a business, the greater is the influence of the individual employee on development. The larger the business, the more important is management in research and development
