EXPLICIT EQUATIONS OF MOTION OF DISCRETE SYSTEM OF DISKS IN TWO DIMENSIONS

This study uses Lagrange's equations to derive the equations of motion in an explicit form. The details of the study are described, and the disadvantages of the approach are pointed out. The result of the approach described, is the explicit equations of a plane motion of an arbitrary system of disks. The paper describes an example to illustrate the procedure for generating equations of motion.
