WHAT SCHOOL BOARDS SHOULD LOOK FOR IN THEIR TRANSPORTATION CONTRACTOR
This article assumes throughout that individual school districts have already dealt with the basic question of whether or not to run their own vehicles. The author gives suggestions as to what school boards should be looking for when choosing a contractor.
