INNOVATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDING PROGRAM MAY CHANGE OHIO'S ECONOMIC FUTURE

This article describes the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) and how it was created to implement the State Issue 2 Program. The program is a constitutional amendment allowing Ohio to finance $120 million in local infrastructure projects annually for ten years. The inner workings and the resulting benefits of the program are illustrated.
