The study aims to analyse the interaction between the introduction of new technology, organization and competence both generally and for public transport operators in particular. Some of the questions which the study tries to answer are: What forms of new technology are expected, what demands for changes are plausible, how are the employees affected, and how is good acceptance achieved? Finally, advice concerning the process of introducing new technology to the traffic operators is presented.
