MASS TRANSIT - HISTORICAL PATTERNS AND FUTURE OUTLOOK
In his testimony before the Subcommittee on Investigations and Oversight, Committee on Public Works and Transportation, U.S. House of Representatives, Mr. Mead presents UMTA's views on the UMTA 5-year, $16.3 billion reauthorization proposal. The statement examines UMTA's oversight of grantees, and focuses on those aspects of UMTA's proposal dealing with the sources and uses of funds, increased funding flexibility between mass transit and highways, and UMTA's oversight of grantees.
