TRANSIT TRAFFIC - INDEMNITY AND INSURANCE. PROCEEDINGS - 1ST INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ROAD ACCIDENT TRAUMA ON TRANSIT ROUTES, ZAGREB, 21-23 MAY 1987

The paper briefly reviews the law on indemnity and insurance concerning injuries to road users and damage to property caused by a road traffic accident. It presents the experiences gained by the association of yugoslav insurance companies regarding indemnities and draws special attention to international road traffic.
