RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AUTOMOTIVE WHEEL SLIP VALUE AND OPERATION PERFORMANCE. ACADEMIC CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS OF INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION ON ROAD TRANSPORT, BEIJING, CHINA, 7-12 MAY 1989

This paper presents systematically the relationship between the slip value of an automotive front wheel, a parameter reflecting the condition of the vehicle running system, and operation performance of vehicles in accordance with large quantities of data obtained from special tests. This forms a scientific basis for the determination of parameters that should be diagnosed and tested, as well as their proper limit. (Author/TRRL)
