TESTING AND START-UP OF THE LONG BEACH-LOS ANGELES RAIL TRANSIT PROJECT. 1989 RAPID TRANSIT CONFERENCE OF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC TRANSIT ASSOCIATION HELD IN PITTSBURGH
The proposed light rail transit system will undergo testing and start-up activities that will verify the operating and functional capabilities of the transit system. The structured approach to the testing and start-up process are outlined.
