MCI INTRODUCES 45-FOOT PROTOTYPE COACH
MCI has developed a prototype 45-foot wheel accessible bus with many state-of-the-art design and engineering features. Built from the ground up, the bus has a self-contained, modular design, hydraulic wheelchair lift with a canopy door for protection against inclement weather, anti-lock brakes, front disc brakes, and a number of other features which make it an excellent vehicle for disabled and elderly passengers. Market research will be conducted in the United States and Canada to determine whether or not this prototype will be acceptable to both passengers and legislators.
