CREATION OF A KNOWLEDGE BASE SYSTEM FOR URBAN TRAFFIC CONTROL

SAGE is a knowledge base system in the field of traffic control which belongs to the category of command and control systems. SAGE is an original system regarding the research context of the domain of traffic control and combinatorial and temporal aspects of encountered problems. This paper describes the methodology used in the development of this system.
