A MOVE TO IMPROVE
Instead of pursuing the incremental approach to rebuilding its transit infrastructure, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority has embarked upon a long-term plan to reconstruct bridges and rebuild the main trunk of the Regional Rail Division Mainline commuter rail system. The task will be accomplished as planned, if funding needs are met.
